In order to contribute to the enforcement of food safety guarantees and, at the same time, improve transparency in the information received by the consumer, the Cook & Chef Institute selects and recommends products using the Cook & Chef Institute seal of quality.

This seal guarantees these kitchenware utensils have previously undergone a fully comprehensive audit by a committee of chefs belonging to the Institute.
